Many Basic Beach Designs products can be personalized to create something made especially for you. Whether you're adding a name, photo, date, special wording, team colors, racing colors, or another personal touch, I'll work with the information you provide to create your order.

How Personalized Orders Work

Choose the product you'd like to order and select the available personalization options on the product page.

Please enter all names, dates, wording, colors, and other personalization information exactly as you would like it to appear.

If your item requires a photo, please upload or send the highest-quality original photo available. Clear, well-lit photos with the subject fully visible provide the best results.

Photo Products

Some of our most popular personalized items are created from your own photos, including:

  • Acrylic night lights
  • Ornaments
  • Harness racing designs
  • Memorial and keepsake items
  • Personalized apparel
  • Sports and team gifts
  • Photo gifts

For harness racing photos, images that clearly show the horse, driver, sulky, and racing equipment generally work best.

Design & Proofs

Some personalized products may require minor design adjustments to make your photo, wording, or colors work best with the finished item.

If a proof is provided, please review all spelling, names, dates, colors, and design details carefully before approving it. Production will begin after approval when a proof is required.

Basic Beach Designs is not responsible for spelling or other errors submitted by the customer. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact me as soon as possible. If production hasn't started yet, I'll do my best to correct it.

Turnaround Time

Most personalized orders are completed within 5ā€“7 business days, although more detailed designs may take additional time.

Need something by a certain date? Please contact me before ordering so I can let you know whether your deadline can be accommodated.

Personalized Items Are Final Sale

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they are final sale unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or an error was made by Basic Beach Designs.
