Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Basic Beach Designs! Many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order just for you.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the item and current order volume.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate special deadlines, but rush delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Please remember that shipping/transit time is in addition to our processing time.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Basic Beach Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping disruptions.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at help@basicbeachdesigns.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to correct it.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address or an unclaimed/returned package may be the customer's responsibility.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the area when arranged in advance. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us before ordering or select local pickup at checkout when available.
